Description:
Like its predecessor, Airstrike II: Gulf Thunder is a good old top-down arcade shooter centered on heavily-armed helicopters, with great lighting effects and terrific 3D helicopter models. It brings the same polished design and continuous, bombastic mayhem seen in the first iteration, with a large arsenal of weapons and a variety of power-ups and enemies. Gulf Thunder gives you 24 new maps and over 100 new units to fight, along with two stronger and more powerful bosses. It's another fun and challenging throwback to the arcade games of yore that old-school fans will no doubt enjoy as much as the first.
