DevastationZone Troopers is a simple, fun, arcade-style shooter set in a sci-fi world. The accessible gameplay consists mainly of running and gunning through destructible environments, picking up objects and powerups - with a little air combat in the restrictive vein of StarFox (remember StarFox?!). The visuals are smooth, with cool-looking explosions and a little bit of lens flare. The music - catchy techno-grooves - is actually one of the game's best elements. Try it for the beats if not the bombs. |
