Description:
Bohemia Interactive is back with a modern warfare online multiplayer behemoth, Armed Assault. Taking after the Operation Flashpoint series, Armed Assault is a realistic combat simulation - so realistic that often the action can seem a bit slow and boring compared to the frenetic action of, say, Battlefield 2. Instead, the game opts for an authentic approach with wide areas and insane distances on the battlefield, which results in sporadic spates of combat rather than constant hellfire. Bohemia has ramped up the graphics considerably since Flashpoint, giving Armed Assault extremely detailed textures, environments and models - particularly vehilces and helicopters, which of course you can drive and fly. With Team and CTF modes, Armed Assault is a worthwhile MMO that grows on you the longer you play it.
